About the role

Cascade Senior Care Center offers great staff ratios, a supportive management team, and 4-star staffing. You will earn up to $41.40 per hour on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Earn up to $41.40 per hour on 2nd shift
• Starting wage for LPN: $29.15 - $33.00 per hour (based on years of certification)
• Plus $4-5 per hour Shift Premium for 2nd or 3rd shifts
• Plus $10,000 Sign On Bonus with EPXEDITED PAYOUT at 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months
• $3.40 per hour hero - hazard pay

Requirements

• A current license to practice as an LPN in the state of Michigan
• Current CPR certification
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
• Analytical abilities in preparing personalized care plans, implementing effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and developing solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care
• You are a team player, dedicated to supporting your team members and getting the job done

Schedule

• 8-hour or 12-hour shifts
• All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays
• Full Time or Part Time positions available
• 2nd shifts include $5.00 shift premium
• Days or Afternoons available (1st or 2nd shift)
