Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversight of the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

Requirements

• A current license to practice as an LPN in the state of Michigan.
• CPR certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.

Pay

Up to $41.40 per hour on 2nd shift!

• Starting Wage for LPN: $29.15 - $33.00 per hour (based on years of certification!)
• Plus $4-5 per hour Shift Premium for 2nd or 3rd shifts!
• PLUS $10,000 Sign On Bonus with EPXEDITED PAYOUT at 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months!
• $3.40 per hour hero - hazard pay
• Yearly Wage Increase

Schedule

• 8-hour or 12-hour shifts - all shifts include rotating weekends and holidays.
• Full Time or Part Time positions available.
• 2nd shifts include $5.00 shift premium!
• Days or Afternoons available (1st or 2nd shift).
