You will earn: up to $34.55 starting wages!

Starting wages: $30.15 per hour
PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to patients in various areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology.
• Absorb and implement care as needed using the latest technology and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Assess patient needs and administer treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and provide advice on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient conditions.
• Offer preventative and supportive care focusing on the physical and psychological well-being of patients.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Oversight of the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction, assignments, providing training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

Requirements

• A current license to practice as a Practical Nurse LPN in Michigan.
• CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• High-level analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement nursing care and rehabilitation, and solve complex problems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional, passionate, and innovative care.
• Team player with dedication to supporting team members and achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends and some holidays.

Schedule

• 8 hour shifts - All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Afternoons Needed - 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 12 hour shifts - All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays.
