LPN NURSE

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care
• Coordinate care delivery within scope of practice
• Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice
• Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders
• Follow established procedures for charting and reporting all reports of incidents/accidents (patients & employees)
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician, and family
