Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs and implement care as necessary using the latest technology.
- Participate in an interdisciplinary team to provide specialized care in various areas such as orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology.
- Supervise the nursing team, give direction and assignments, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct the team on the skilled care process and serve as a resource for clinical issues.
- Achieve and maintain the completion of required reports, including infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, their families, and visitors.
Requirements
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Michigan license to practice as a Practical Nurse (LPN).
- CPR/BLS certification.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
- High-level analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to providing exceptional, passionate, and innovative care.
- Team player with a dedication to supporting team members and achieving goals.

Pay
Starts at $38.55 per hour, plus additional pay for hero/hazard pay and shift premium for third shifts (midnights).
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time options available, including rotating weekends and some holidays.
- Midnights: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
