Position Details
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift
- Every other weekend required

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assess and monitor resident conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide exceptional resident-centered care
- Ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Current Virginia LPN or RN license
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
