About the role
Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position with weekends off, working weekdays from 2 pm to 10 pm.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents
- Monitor and document residents' care according to physician treatment plans
- Administer medications and ensure medication supply security
- Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Valid LPN or LVN license as per state regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate resident care
