About the role

The Oaks Post Acute is a 122-bed skilled nursing facility in Orangeburg, SC. We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Accurately document resident care and communicate changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for every resident.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina LPN License.
• Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring heart and commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
