About the role
Palm Valley Post Acute in Goodyear, Arizona is seeking an RN/LPN to join their NOC Shift team. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, including guaranteed full-time hours year-round and flexible schedules.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced respiratory treatment and hemodialysis care
- Train and maintain a properly staffed and well-cultured team
- Work in an environment focused on love and trust between staff and patients
- Participate in in-house respiratory therapy team for specialized treatments
- Receive competency-based airway training for additional care needs
- Contribute to a hemodialysis center contracted through an outside company for outstanding HD care
Requirements
- Fingerprint clearance card required
- Must be a licensed RN or LPN
- Strong desire to help others, positive attitude, and great work ethic
- Team player, polite, and able to think critically
