Sign-on bonus: $2,500 for full-time, $1,000 for part-time.
Pay
Base pay range:
- LPN: $32 – $38 per hour
- RN: $37 – $40 per hour
Shift differentials:
- +$4.00/hour for Monday–Friday overnight
- Additional +$2.00/hour on weekends
Potential earnings up to $44/hour.
Schedule
- Full-time night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Full-time evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Part-time night or evening shifts available
- Consistent overnight schedule (no rotating shifts)

Our smaller 64-bed skilled nursing facility offers a close-knit environment where nurses can truly get to know their residents. We are a 5-Star facility rated by CMS, with 5-Star Staffing.
This position is ideal for nurses who prefer overnight schedules and a more focused work environment with fewer interruptions, strong CNA support, and a calm atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Monitoring resident conditions
- Documentation
- Working with CNAs and the care team to keep residents safe and comfortable overnight
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Maine
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate and reliable
