LPN Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments, under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
• Monitor and report patients' conditions, including changes in vital signs, behavior, and symptoms
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
• Participate in care conference meetings to discuss patients' progress and concerns
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
