LPN - Night Shift

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care to Pediatric and Adult patients. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.Monitor signs and symptoms to identify physiologic and psychosocial changes.Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data; document diagnoses and patient status. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.Preferably one year of professional nursing experience.
