LPN - Night Shift

Description We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN for the Night Shift position at Center on Aging and Health. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents during the night hours. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs or physicians.Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.Document patient interactions and care provided accurately.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance as needed. Requirements Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required.LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee.Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Compassionate attitude and genuine interest in caring for the elderly.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Our facility is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes from Johnson City, Tennessee, and 40 minutes from Asheville, North Carolina.
