About the Role
Beloved Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time LPN for a Monday–Thursday night shift, offering long weekends every week. This role is ideal for nurses seeking consistency, a strong team environment, and more time off.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards
Requirements
- Active Missouri LPN license (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion for and commitment to caring for seniors
Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.

Schedule
