This full-time leadership opportunity offers the consistency of a Monday through Friday schedule while allowing you to step into a meaningful clinical leadership role within correctional healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Cook up daily medical operations and nursing workflow within the facility
- Provide direct patient care within scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Oversee sick call processes and follow-up care
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards, company policies, and facility procedures
- Absorb accurate documentation and assist with quality assurance initiatives
- Communicate effectively with providers, correctional staff, and facility leadership
- Create a professional, organized, and patient-focused healthcare environment
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a correctional setting.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with correctional healthcare protocols, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are beneficial.
