About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be a vital part of the patient care team, providing outpatient nursing services to promote, restore, and maintain health for patients and families in the community.

Responsibilities

• Document all patient care activities accurately.
• Gather and share patient data, including vital signs, history, and chief complaints.
• Prepare patients for procedures, tests, and treatments.
• Assist healthcare providers in assessing patient needs and problems.
• Identify risk factors related to age, health status, and medications.
• Evaluate supplies, equipment, and facility readiness.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Current license and registration to practice in the relevant state.
• Certifications in Infection Control and BLS (can be obtained upon hire).
• Strong communication skills, ability to perform basic mathematical tasks, and react effectively in emergencies.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with nursing practices.
