About the role

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is needed to provide patient care in the Med Surg department, following the nursing process under the supervision of licensed professionals or RNs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care
• Cook/coordinate with departments
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current LPN license in Missouri
• BLS certification
• LPN-IV certification required within specified timeframe

Experience & Skills

• Open to new graduates and experienced LPNs
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient movement
• Capable of handling up to 50 lbs
