About The Role
As an LPN or Medical Assistant in Family Practice at Quincy Medical Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across all stages of life. Working closely with providers and care teams, you will support preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness visits, and patient education while helping ensure a positive and efficient patient experience.
Qualifications
- Current Illinois LPN license or Medical Assistant certification preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CPR certification required (available upon hire).
- Previous clinical experience in a physician office, primary care, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Pay
- Base pay range for LPN's: $18.66 - $27.99 per hour.
- Base pay range for MA's: $16.12 - $24.18 per hour.
- Actual pay determined by factors such as licensure, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
- Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position, Monday-Friday, with hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Schedule may vary based on provider and departmental needs.
- No holidays, overnight shifts, or on-call requirements.
- Fast-paced primary care environment serving patients of all ages.
