Role Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct nursing care to elderly participants, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with physicians, RNs, transportation, and home care teamsAssist with vital signs, wound care, medication management, treatments, patient education, venipuncture, catheter and foot care, and preparing participants for physician visits Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical Nurse license (WA required)CPR and First Aid certifications (American Heart Association)At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatricsExperience working with frail and elderly populations Additional Information The role is on-site, full-time, with a pay range of $27.81 to $42.55 per hour.
