LPN/LVN - On Call

About the role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will deliver care and services to residents by identifying resident needs, implementing prescribed interventions, and evaluating outcomes and conditions. This position performs personal care for residents as needed and communicates and collaborates with other members of the care team to resolve resident care problems, enhance care delivery, and participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.

Requirements

• Graduation from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
• Current First Aid certification or willingness to become certified.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (preferred).
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients (preferred).
• Food handlers certification, where required.
• Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.

Pay

USD $36.50 per hour.
