Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program
• Washington Licensed Practical Nurse license upon hire
• National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association
• At least 18 months of licensed nursing experience
• Preferred: 1 year of office nursing experience
