About the Role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, providing hands-on patient care to individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or injury.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside nursing care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Perform treatments and support patients throughout their recovery process.
• Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and care in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques and safety measures.
