Good Samaritan has a Drug Free Workplace Policy. An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment. Req Number: R-0273974 Job Function: Nursing Featured: No" Remove. We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (intro + facility + location?), Responsibilities (job summary), Qualifications (qualifications), Benefits (benefits listed), Pay (salary range), Schedule (shift info). Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for each. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for LPN. We must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide what goes into each section. About the role: Could include organization description, facility location, maybe shift? But shift is schedule. Let's put organization description and facility location in About the role. Responsibilities: The job summary (duties). Could be a list of responsibilities; we can turn sentences into

  • items. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can either keep as prose

or break into list. The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have a list of duties, we should use
      • . The job summary is a paragraph describing duties; we could break into bullet points each sentence. That would be a list. That seems appropriate. Requirements: Might be qualifications? Actually Qualifications section is separate. Requirements could be license, etc. But we have Qualifications section already. We could treat Qualifications as Requirements. But we have both headings possible: Qualifications and Requirements. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. However we might combine to avoid thin sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we should maybe have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Skills not needed. We have qualifications content: education, license, experience, CEU etc. That's substantive. We have benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401(k) with Company Match, Paid Time Off & Advancement Opportunities, plus mention of quality of life, outdoor adventures. That's benefits. Pay: Salary Range: $25.00 - $36.00. Schedule: Shift12 Hours - Varied Shifts Job Schedule PRN Weekly Hours: Varies. We also have facility location: could be in About the role. Let's craft. About the role: paragraph describing organization, facility location. We'll include: "Join our not-for-profit organization that has provided over 100 years of housing and services to seniors with a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment. Facility: Gss Nd Bottineau Ctr, located at 725 10th St E, Bottineau, ND 58318, USA." That's prose

. Responsibilities: list of duties from job summary. We'll break each sentence into

      • . Ensure we keep all info. Let's extract sentences: - The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. - Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting. - Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards related to the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident as per care plan. - Possess the ability to perform testing to evaluate data reflective of the resident's status and to provide the care needed. - Demonstrates ability to recognize problems, recommend solutions and respond effectively to assist in an emergent situation. - Ensures the health, comfort and safety of residents. - Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as ordered. - Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. - Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary. - Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with resident, health care providers, and the public. - Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team. - Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Counsels residents, family members and/or resident advocate, under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider or physician on prevention and treatment plans. - Knowledge of resident education principles to develop a self-care program. - Performs other related duties as assigned. We could combine last two as separate items. Pay: Salary Range: $25.00 - $36.00. Could be

. Schedule: Shift12 Hours - Varied Shifts Job Schedule PRN Weekly Hours: Varies. Could be

. We must not include sections with filler like "varies" alone? The schedule section has actual content: "Shift12 Hours - Varied Shifts Job Schedule PRN Weekly Hours: Varies". That's specific enough. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll wrap each section in maybe but not required. Just output headings and content. Example:
