About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Long-Term Care team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN who is passionate about providing quality, patient-centered care to residents in a supportive LTC environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes.
- Perform assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident comfort and dignity.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
Requirements
- Active LPN license.
- Previous Long-Term Care/SNF experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work evening shifts and commit to a 48-hour weekly schedule.
Pay
Estimated weekly gross: $2,342.
Schedule
48 hours per week.
