Job Summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a LPN for contract work in an in-office setting in Bismarck, ND.

About the Role

This position requires nights starting at 7 p.m. - 7 a.m., rotating schedule with a nurse ratio of 1:24 - 1:28, with 1 hour break per 12-hour shift. EOW IV certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Nurse for skilled unit and LTAC unit with ventilators, trachs, and feeding tubes.
• Work in a unit with 3 residents on trachs and vents, which are stable and not on the vent 24/7.
• Handle rehab patients and residents with peg tubes, with a full-time medication aid available.
• Rotate between 33 and 44 hours per week.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Experience with matrix charting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Preferred EOW IV certification.
• Experience with ventilators, trachs, and feeding tubes.
• Strong communication skills.
