Requirements
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department.
- Ashore Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
- Required National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- MDS may be required if cross-trained into ECF.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of LPN experience.

Pay & Schedule
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
