LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC) – Middletown, RI Facility: Grand Islander Center Location: Middletown, RI Address: 333 Green End Avenue, Middletown, RI 02842 Start Date: ASAP Duration: 11 Weeks Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Schedule: 5 × 8-Hour Shifts (40 Hours/Week) Pay Rate: $40–$43/hour Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,600–$1,720/week Assignment Type: Travel Contract Job Summary Grand Islander Center is seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The LPN will work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver safe, compassionate patient care while following facility policies and established standards of practice. The schedule will be arranged based on facility needs, with every other weekend required.
