LPN LONG TERM CARE
About the Role
Evaluate data collection and carry out plan of care and established goals. Maintain patient flow by recognizing different levels of acuity and prioritizing care accordingly. Review diagnostic test results and follow up per physician orders. Reassess patients as their condition changes and notify the RN or physician of changes. Develop and carry out discharge plans. Document all care in the patient's medical record in a clear, concise, complete, and legible manner. Assist with upkeep of examination rooms as needed. Ensure compliance with Hospital Policies and Procedures, as well as State, Federal, and JCAHO standards.
Requirements
- Current GA LPN License
- Previous nursing/patient care experience preferred

Pay
Minimum starting pay: $28.71/hour
Sign-on bonus eligibility for qualified employees.
