LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Urology

About the role

Outpatient Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing primary clinical support in an ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and basic medical data
• Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
• Administer medications and vaccines
• Communicate with patients and coordinate care
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and ensure readiness of exam rooms
• Support provider during patient visits
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Facilitate diagnostic testing
• Promote patient safety and comfort

Qualifications

• Ability to provide care across specific age ranges
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in clinical tasks
• Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, specimen collection, and medication administration
