LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Radiation Oncology

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide primary clinical support in outpatient clinics, assisting providers and caring for patients across various age groups in a collaborative environment committed to excellence, safety, innovation, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient histories and vital signs
• Prepare patients for examinations
• Assist with diagnostic procedures
• Collect laboratory specimens
• Administer medications and vaccines
• Maintain a clean, aseptic environment
• Assist with specialized procedures such as brachytherapy, prostate seed marker, and rectal spacer cases
• Start IV access and administer IV fluids

Requirements

• Graduation from a nursing specialty training program
• Valid LPN license

Qualifications

Preferred candidates have at least one year of nursing experience.
