Pediatric Specialty Care at Hopewell is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to care for medically fragile and technology‑dependent children in a structured, supportive environment that feels like home. For more than 20 years, PSC has helped children with complex medical, developmental, and rehabilitative needs achieve greater comfort, independence, and quality of life. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and work closely with an experienced interdisciplinary clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to expand your pediatric nursing skills while benefiting from structured training, clinical support, and the continuity provided by 12‑hour shifts. Located in the Aliquippa/Hopewell area, the position is accessible to LPNs throughout Beaver County, Allegheny County and western Pittsburgh, Butler County, Eastern Ohio, and Northern West Virginia.
Structured Pediatric Training from Day One: after completing General Orientation, every new PSC LPN receives more than three weeks of hands‑on clinical training with experienced pediatric nurses before working independently. Training is designed to help you understand the children, their individualized care plans, PSC’s clinical standards, and the specialized skills required to provide safe pediatric care. You will continue to have access to experienced nurses and interdisciplinary team members as you grow in the role.
