About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an outpatient clinical setting, supporting providers and patients with clinical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and assist with examinations
- Support diagnostic procedures and collect laboratory specimens
- Administer medications and vaccines
- Prepare examination rooms and maintain asepsis
- Follow up on diagnostic tests to ensure accuracy and documentation
- Facilitate effective communication with patients and providers to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
- Ability to provide care across specific age groups
- Strong clinical support skills
