About the role
This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supporting outpatient clinics, providing primary clinical care and assisting providers.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
- Assist in minor procedures, collect laboratory specimens, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Administer medications and vaccines, manage clinical environments, and respond to patient inquiries.
- Follow up on diagnostic testing to ensure completion and accuracy, promoting a clean and organized environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing required.
- New and experienced LPNs welcome.
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care.
- Ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to follow strict safety and hygiene protocols.
