About the Role

Cooperative Home Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an adult patient in Washington, Missouri.

Schedule

• 12-hour weekday and weekend overnight shifts

Pay

• $32.00 to $35.00 an hour
• Sign-on bonuses: Earn bonuses by picking up shifts. Work as little as one 8-hour shift per week to qualify; the more hours you take on, the bigger your bonus.
• No caps on overtime

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies
• Assist clients with home and social activities while actively promoting independence at home
• Complete all necessary clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Active CPR certification (training provided if needed)
