LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Nightshift, Full Time, $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Full-time position working nightshift from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am. As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact, provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your role will involve monitoring and reporting changes in the patient’s condition. On a daily basis you must be able to assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN/LVN license in good standing in the applicable state (must be maintained throughout employment).
- One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification required at hire or obtainable during orientation; must remain current during employment.
