Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care to residents under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Assist with daily living activities and monitor resident health conditions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the clinical team.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Requirements

• Current LPN license.
• An enthusiastic attitude towards caregiving.
• Able to reassure residents and families.
• Effective communication skills with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.
