About the role

The Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support in an outpatient setting, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostics, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist in minor surgical and diagnostic procedures, collect laboratory specimens, and prepare related paperwork.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and perform skin testing under provider supervision.
• Maintain a clean environment, ensure asepsis, and set up examination rooms efficiently.
• Communicate with patients and providers to facilitate care and follow-up.

Qualifications

Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Ability to provide care for patients across specific age ranges and perform clinical duties per scope of practice.
