About the role

At Care Options for Kids, pediatric home health nursing is intentionally different. Instead of juggling multiple patients and constant interruptions, you provide one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and deliver care with confidence and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Provide one-on-one care in the home
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency
• Focus fully on your patient
• Work in alignment with CDC safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current, active Colorado LPN License
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

Qualifications

• Experience providing skilled nursing care in a pediatric setting
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients and families
• Passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives

• Skilled in providing pediatric nursing care
• Effective communicator with both patients and families
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to handle emergencies and provide immediate care
