Schedule

  • Any three days of the week, so long as consistent once agreed upon with family.
  • Full time hours.
  • Night and day shift available for this case.
  • Night is first priority to fill.
  • Night nurse would be preference for trach/vent experience but willing to train.

Requirements

  • Current, active Colorado LPN License
  • Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
  • TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

About the Role

At Care Options for Kids, pediatric home health nursing is intentionally different. Instead of juggling multiple patients and constant interruptions, you provide one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and deliver care with confidence and consistency. In this role, you'll support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. LPNs who thrive here value meaningful patient relationships, clear direction, and the reassurance of knowing support is always available when needed.

Pay

Immediate filling for the following (all three are different cases):

  • Any three days of the week, so long as consistent once agreed upon with family.
  • Full time hours.
  • Night and day shift available for this case.
  • Night is first priority to fill.
  • Night nurse would be preference for trach/vent experience but willing to train.

Schedule Details

  • Monday, Thursday, and Friday dayshifts are the most critical shifts, with flexible start and end times so long as consistent once agreed upon with family.
  • Family would also be open to regular full-time day shift across the entire week but is not required.
  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 10:00am-4:00pm are the most critical shifts, Wednesday and Friday are optional additions depending on nurse desired hours.
