LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - General Internal Medicine

Role Overview: This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supporting outpatient clinic teams in a community-based healthcare environment. The LPN provides primary clinical support to healthcare providers, patients, and families, assisting with diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Key Responsibilities Obtain and document patient medical history, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.Assist providers with minor surgical and diagnostic procedures.Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.Administer medications, vaccines, and perform skin testing within scope of practice.Maintain a clean, organized examination environment, ensuring asepsis and readiness of instruments.Communicate effectively with patients and providers to facilitate care and address patient questions. Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduated from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. New and experienced LPNs are welcome, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Candidates should possess strong clinical support skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
