LPN Licensed Practical Nurse FT/PT/PD

Full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions available across all shifts. Sign-on bonuses: $5,000 for full-time, $2,500 for part-time or per-diem. Immediate openings for 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts. New rates available.

Warren Haven is conveniently located a few miles from Route 80, 4 miles off Route 31, and 2 miles from Route 46 in Warren County, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Makes daily rounds on the unit to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status of residents
• Provides comprehensive oversight to unit staff to ensure nursing care is delivered according to physician’s orders
• Analyzes and evaluates nursing staff needs and determines staffing requirements
• Assesses the needs of each resident and implements the Resident Interim Care Plan
• Provides daily input to the Unit Manager for development of the resident care plan
• Performs generalized Charge Nurse duties

Requirements

• Valid and active New Jersey nursing license (LPN)
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations
