Job Summary
We are looking for an LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team in maintaining high level resident care. Join our active, dedicated, and fun team! Make an impact to patient care!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data.
- Takes vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
- Takes instruction from and reports updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician.
