LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide high-quality nursing care to patients. As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN will monitor patient conditions, report changes, and provide care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Responsibilities include assigning duties, instructing, and supervising CNAs on a daily basis. The role requires independent decision-making, delivering competent care, and exhibiting excellent customer service . Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited LPN programCurrent active LPN/LVN license in good standingPreferred one year of skilled nursing experienceCPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation) Compensation starts at $36/hr with a $3 shift differential for evening and NOC shifts .
