LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team. The role focuses on helping patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver competent, independent nursing care with a positive attitude
• Make independent decisions as needed
• Monitor and report patient condition changes
• Assign duties and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Provide excellent customer service to patients

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Active LPN license in the applicable state
• CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation) and maintained current

Qualifications

• Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
