LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Overview Provide patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, operating within your scope of license.Assist in patient assessments and ensure patient well-being.Administer medications, monitor for adverse reactions, and perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services.Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self-care, resources, and follow-up care. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or eligibility in Alabama required.Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross. Skills & Responsibilities Provide holistic patient care, including medication administration and patient education.Work collaboratively within a healthcare team to deliver quality care.
