LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Overview Provide patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, working within scope of license.Assist in patient assessments and ensure patient well-being.Administer medications, monitor for adverse reactions, perform laboratory tests, and deliver therapeutic services.Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self-care, resources, and follow-up care. Qualifications Current or eligible LPN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing.BLS certification obtained within 1 month of hire or transfer, from American Heart Association or Red Cross.Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent.
