Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer medications and perform specialized treatments as ordered.
- Conduct comprehensive physical and emotional assessments, identifying subtle status changes and collaborating with the RN or DON for proactive intervention.
- Maintain precise, real-time electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards.
- Accurately transcribe orders to MARs/TARs and coordinate seamlessly with pharmacy partners for timely prescription fulfillment.
- Supervise and mentor our dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring that all personal care is delivered with the highest level of dignity and clinical quality.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current, unrestricted LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Exceptional clinical judgment and the ability to remain effective and composed in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Proficiency with electronic charting systems and strong organizational skills for managing complex care tasks.
