About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report patient condition changes
- Assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs
- Ensure patients achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Deliver compassionate nursing care
- Make independent decisions as needed
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Current licensure in the applicable state
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification, obtained upon hire or during orientation
