Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey
