LPN License Practical Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, maintain accurate records, and supervise Nurse Aides. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the highest level of care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nurse Aides and provide guidance and support as needed
• Administer medications and treatments to patients
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with other healthcare professionals
• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Charge Nurse or Physician
• Participate in our Quality Improvement Program and contribute to departmental goals and objectives

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania PN License
